Everything was going great until we got to DC and the plane had to wait 45 minutes to take off. Original arrival time 8 am new arrival time 8:45. Our flight to Athens left at 9:10. They didnt have ladders to unboard, we got on a bus to terminal 1 and hobbled through passport check to gate 34 and yes the plane was gone. Our connecting flight in Athens also a 1 hour turn around we would miss that as well. Walked over to a gate with people who told us we were rebooked on the next flight at 5:30. Called Aegean to rebook connector at 10:30. We will arrive home at 11:30. Ughh!
So 7 ours in Franenfurtee airport, half asleep, no news tonight, giing to bed!
